Around 9:40 a.m.
@OmahaPolice and @OmahaFireDept responded to a reported multiple victim shooting at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Omaha near 92nd and Bedford Ave. Upon arrival it was determined that an active shooter drill was being conducted and no one was shot.

Old Fashioned recipe: 2 oz. Rye or Bourbon ½ oz proof Old Fashioned syrup ¼ orange 2 woodford reserve Bourbon cherries
Muddle ¼ orange and 1 bourbon cherry
Remove orange rind and cherry from shaker
Add ½ oz Proof Syrup and 2 oz Rye or Bourbon. Shake well.
Pour over ice. Garnish with one bourbon cherry and orange twist.

After years of opposing the expansion of gambling, in 2020 Nebraska voters overwhelmingly approved gambling at licensed racetracks with licensed gaming operators. At the time of the election, Nebraska outlawed gambling, except for the state lottery, licensed raffles, and bingo.
