The Nebraska Legislature is considering proposals to expand high-speed internet service in rural areas. Supported by Gov. Pete Ricketts and a diverse alliance of farm, business and school groups, we discuss with Andy Pollock, former Executive Director/General Counsel for the Nebraska Public Service Commission, and now lobbyist/attorney who’s leading the charge for more service across the state.
