Bryan’s background includes working in the Reagan Administration as a lobbyist for the IRS, and helping write the 1986 Tax Reform Bill with Congressman Hal Daub. The Nebraska Legislature is considering proposals to expand high-speed internet service in rural areas. Supported by Gov. We discuss the opportunity for Lincoln and Lancaster County to attract wind energy developers. Currently the County has the most restrictive rules for wind energy development. A new proposal would strike an appropriate balance and allow a viable path toward wind energy development.
